The XXXV National Convention on Radio Science (35. Radiotieteen päivä) was held at Hervanta Campus on Friday, 18 October 2019. This convention was organized by the Finnish National Committee of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI) and the Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Sciences of Tampere University.

Young Scientist Award

Following the tradition, a trophy was awarded to a promising scientist under 35 years. This year the selection committee decided to award Mr. Nuutti Tervo from Univeristy of Oulu presenting the paper Towards Over-the-Air Characterized Transmitter Array Nonlinearity. Congratulations Nuutti!
